Product Overview

Arlington's recessed steel TV Box is the best way to mount flat screen TVs flush against a wall. Designed for use in commercial construction where metal raceway is used, Steel TV Box provides power and/or low voltage in one or more of the openings. Plugs and connectors stay inside the box, without extending past the wall, allowing furniture and TVs to sit flush against the wall surface.

Construction & Design

Steel Box Construction

Durable steel box with non-metallic paintable trim plate available in white or black. Built-in voltage separator keeps power and low voltage connections properly isolated for code compliance. Optional blank covers available for unused boxes.

Installation Methods

New Construction

Box screw-mounts directly to wood or steel studs using #6 screws. Install box, pull wires, install voltage separator, then add drywall. After drywall installation, add trim plate and install devices.

Retrofit/Old Work

Cut hole using enclosure as template. Mounting wings on 2-gang and 3-gang styles hold box securely against wall. Insert box in hole, tighten wing screws, then install trim plate and devices.
